Domestic Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated once orders are finalized. Choose from, regular shipping or same day shipping. Shipping fees will be computed according to the total weight of the package and destination and is shouldered by the customer.

International Shipping 

Rates are given once orders are finalized. Shipping charges will be computed according to the total weight of the package and destination. Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer.

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

Other fees to paid will be shouldered by the customer.

Returns

How to Return  

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer (shipping to and from Shoe Room's Headquarters). Please contact us within seven (7) days upon receipt of your parcel should you be interested to change the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

Defective items and wrong shoe size will be eligible for return. For defective items, shipping fee will be shouldered by Shoe Room. Shipping fee for wrong shoe sizes however will be shouldered by the buyer.

Exchanges  

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer (shipping to and from Shoe Room's Headquarters). Please contact us within seven (7) days upon receipt of your parcel should you be interested to change the item.
